♥ When sharing commission online, please credit and upload only the watermarked version.
♥ Do not ask for an art style, It is not an option.
♥ Do not stress me on Time, I value giving the client a better outcome then if it rushed because of a time restraint.

Terms of Service
I. General
♥ Commissioning me in anyway is agreeing to all the Terms of Service.
♥ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
♥ I may stream the process unless an NDA is decided.
♥ If the Client has not contacted back in 48 hours I have the right to move onto the next commission in queue.
♥ Non-commissioned work is allowed to be used as thumbnails, PFP, etc, as long as credit is given.
♥ My Art is Strictly not allowed for reselling/ minting for NFT of any kind!
♥ My Art is Strictly not allowed for AI generation of any kind!!II. Payment
♥ Payment in AUD currency.
♥ Only Full Upfront Payment accepted.
♥ Payment will be made via Paypal Invoice/ Ko-fi.
♥ Art will begin after payment has been sent and confirmed.III. Process
♥ Work in progress updates will be given every stage in a low resolution JPEG file.
Stages:
- Draft
- Clean Sketch
- Line art
- Colouring
- Revisions (If any)
♥ Once the commission is finished, I will allow 2 minor changes like overall hue change or small details. Unless I the artist made a mistake with information given.
♥ Its your responsibility as the client to explain everything you want included when filling out commission form, and providing the images for reference.
♥ The artworks will take about 3-8 weeks or more depending on the art, and the client is not allowed to push the artist into deadlines or I, the artist have the right to cancel the commission.IV. Copyright/ Usage Policy
♥ I, the artist, holds the right to the produced artwork, not the client.
♥ I have the right to use said work to promote myself with, such as stream, post on socials/website etc.
♥ Usage policy differs between option selected, as well as price differences.Personal Use: Can be used for personal use such as PFP, icons, thumbnails, etc. as long it does not generate any income in anyway or use for branding/ marketing.
Commercial Use: (x1.5 of base price) Can be used for Commercial use where the artwork is being used for branding/marketing digitally (e.g. Vtuber, Game art, Book Cover, Promotional Material ,etc).
Selling Use: (x2 of base price) Can be used for when the artwork will be used as selling material such as Posters, Merch, Clothing ,etc).
♥ Copyright infringement includes: reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (when commercial fee not purchased), Taking credit for the creation of the artwork, Removing any watermarks/signatures, and altering the artwork without my consent.
♥ If the client breaks the copyright usage policy or does copyright infringement in any way, every right the client had to the drawing will be retracted.V. Cancelling/Refunding Policy
♥ Commissions are non-refundable unless I, the artist, has not contacted the client in the last 40 days.
♥ Cancellation can only take place if the payment has not been sent.
♥ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. And you will be forbidden from commissioning me, Koi Kaira ever again.
